The Holy Eucharist
At St. Simon's the center of our parish life is the Holy Eucharist, the identifying act of the Christian community. It is the principal act of worship on the Lord’s Day and other major Feasts. The Eucharist is the sacrament of Christ’s resurrection and his ongoing presence at work among us. In the Eucharist, Jesus continues to live in us and we in him. Every baptized Christian is welcome to receive the Eucharist—no matter who they are or where they may be on their journey of faith.
La Santa Eucaristía
En San Simón el centro de la vida parroquial recae en la Santa Eucaristía. Es la principal celebración del Día del Señor y en las principales fiestas. La Eucaristía es el sacramento de la resurrección de Cristo y de su presencia continua entre nosotros. En la Eucaristía, Jesús se hace presente en nuestras vidas y nosotros en la de él. Todo cristiano bautizado puede recibir la Eucaristía, sin importar quién es o en dónde se ubican en su camino de fe.
